We lost the screw to mount the olevia 227-s11 65in.lcd tv on the wall and none of the screws would match that of the mounting bracket.where can we get the screws ?

Metric screw either M4 or M5 for that you can get them from HD or Lowe's for about 50 cents each. The length will depend on how thick the mounting brackets are. When you buy wall mounting kit, it will come with these Metric screws already.
If you are talking about the mounting screws that go into the back of the television to mount a VESA sized wall bracket, then it's most likely 5mm screws. The length of the screws could differ, depending on the bracket you are attaching, but usually 12mm or 16mm can be used. just make sure that the screws are long enough to thread into the TV completely, but not too long, or they may damage internal components.
If you are talking about the Lag screws needed to mount the bracket to the wall, then use 3/8" width lag screws 2 1/2" to 3 1/2" long, depending on how deep you have to go before hitting the wood stud.
Remove the LCD monitor stand, purchase a wall mounting bracket. There are several types, one is on an articulated arm which allows you to left, right, up and down. Another type mounts flat to the wall with limited up and down adjustment.
You need to check the mounting holes on the wall brackets so it matches the mounting screw holes on the LCD screen.

Facing the back of television, if it occured while putting top right screw, that is because, you screw touched power module casing and the fuse inside the TV is gone. All you need to do is goto radio shack or any local store and get a replacement fuse (250v x 5 Amp) and replace it. It may cost you less than 2 bucks.
Symptoms:
TV powers off and never turns on.

Resolution:
lay the TV face down on the floor.
Remove the screwes ( may be 10 - 15 screws)
Remove rear casing of the TV. It is single casing covering entire rear face of the TV.
Fuse is visibe as soon as you remove the casing.
Replace the fuse.
Put the casing back.
Start enjoying the TV.
Prevention:
Do not use longer screwes to mount monitor brackets on TV casing.
The universal mounts generally have a selection of screws that are to fit different makes and models of tvs. If you bought the appropriate size mount for the size of your TV, there should be mounting holes that match your TV, and screws that will secure it. I have not seen any mounts that use more than four.
I just repaired a 26" in which the stand came off after I took the primary panel off in the middle of the back then the screws were visible that Olevia is talking about. You might have a different style but it does come off.
