SOURCE: Connect MP3 player to cellphone
Can you be more specific:
Are you trying to play the cellphone through the MP3 player,
or vice versa.
If your goal is simply to transfer jingles and tunes, the best
way to do this is to use a computer. The Motorola phone has
USB and Bluetooth connectivity, see:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motorola_RAZR_V3
With the right software, you should be able to transfer
songs and jingles between your PC and the computer.
(Check Motorola for downloads)
The same is true for the MP3 Player.
The only glitch you may find is the compatibility of
the two devices' media file structures.
You may need to download two separate audio file
converters:
Cellphone <==> Windows WAV format
MP3 player <==> Windows WAV format
Finally either (or both) devices may have built-in DRM
(Digital Rights Management) copy protection,
so you may need to download some hacker/ripper
software to recover the original audio.
Google for copy protection by brand name.
Hope this sends you in the right direction.

Go to www.getjar.com from your phone browser and specify your phone make and model. After that whatever programs you see will be compatible with your phone. Select YM and download it. It will automatically install YM.
