hi friend the only way to resolve your problem is goto to your network provider because they are the one responsible of your PUK code, some of the provider give the PUK code to there subscribers,it is included in the simpack package....
the following codes are provided by the network operator: -pin code-puk code
both of these codes are provided when you purchase a sim card and are usually written on the sim holder or on the provided booklet. if u have the puk code, then u can enter a wrong pin multiple time and then the sim card will ask you for the puk code which then u can use to unlock the sim. if u lost both the sim and puk, then the only way is to contact the network operator to give you a new sim card. Don't try to enter a PUK code without knowing the right one. hope this helps
Once more remove the sim card wipe clean the back portion of sim and also the phone where it sits. Wait for 2 minutes and then put it back restart your phone it will detect the sim.
