First configure dolphin internet access point on your phone. Dolphin customer care will help you with this. Then enable internet from your settings menu. It will work.
Probably the data is off, try going to Settings, More, Mobile Network, and check the Data Enable box. If you still can't get internet by enabling data, then your APN must be off.
