Seiko Sportura SNJ007 chrograph watch instructions

How do I synchronize the anaolgue watch hands with the digitally displayed time? If I have to move the analogue hands to do this, what button press sequence do I use?

If you do not have instructions you can get them from their web site
"Seiko.com".

pull the crown out to the first click press the reset chronograph button until the hands on the small alarm dial start to move.set the alarm time press the crown back!
