The driver disc supplied for the usb cable i bought to connect my nokia c300 won't load. where can i find one to download?

The printer came with a install disc ( cdrom ) .
Disconnect the printer , launch the cdrom , follow instructions and wait for the driver/software to be correctly installed . Connect the printer with usb and power cables , swich printer on . Windows should recognize a new hardware and a message should pop on your screen telling installation was successfull or hardware is ready to use , depending on what system you are using .

If you bought a new hard drive (meaning the internal hard disk), it won't have anything on it. If you just install it and try booting your computer, there won't be an operating system to load. You should have got a sofware disc with the handycam when you bought it.if you load the disc it should accept the video on usb.if you dont have the disc try sonys website for software,.
