I have a KX-TG7644. Had to look harder for the Call Block directory. The manual really didn't help much. Press "Menu", go down to "Initial Settings", go to "Call Block". You can access the list and delete all or part to open up memory space. I had to do this after all the election calls.
This worked very well! Thanks for submitting this solution.
Yes that worked ! Thank you
As other said, yes it worked great! I would of never found it. Thanks
This is great for deleting single numbers but how can you clear the entire list at one time?
Thanks, Panasonic was no help.
It appears you can NOT delete all blocked numbers at one time. You have to delete each number separately. I will buy a new phone that allows for more numbers to be blocked.
mine is full at 30 I need to find a phone that declines manually at the first ring. any suggestions?
I tried all of the options for deleting your memory of blocked callers that I could find in a Google search. Neither they nor the instruction manual did the trick and I was unwilling to pay some unknown company for technical help who's solution may or may not work . After following the instructions here and elsewhere that indicate you can delete the numbers by using #217 or some other roundabout method that eventually takes you back to the same screen you get when using #217, where the memory indicates that there are no blocked callers in your memory. Despite the claims of "0 blocked callers," when I've tried to block a call, a message indicates that the blocked caller memory is full. I finally discovered that by pressing menu > scroll to & select 'settings' > scroll to & select 'call block' > scroll to & select 'single number list' > scroll to 'block a single number' > then scroll through the list and erase each number individually, it is possible to empty your blocked callers one-by-one. It is tedious to be sure, but it works and saves you from having to buy a new phone system if you're willing to sit for 15 - 20 minutes and delete each blocked caller individually. My take on all of this is that it's another case of planned obsolescence, but in this case there is a way to get around the issue with a little patience. I will put up with a little inconvenience because planned obsolescence annoys me and if we can avoid adding to landfills I'm all for it.
God bless you Lori! Thank you!!
ditto that! thanks
My phone is indicating memory is full. What do I do now?

SOURCE: My KX-TG4031 does not ring. I only hear the
Open menu and scroll to see tones and ring volume. you can set this up to a desired level as it will ring to indicate the level. The volume also can be pushed up or down on the control pad. If this is not working there is fault on the ringer circuit. check if the ringer is switched off or put to silent.
