Hi. I have installed a Universal garage door opener wireless keyless entry Clicker Model # KLIK2. To do it we had to erased the memory of the opener. Now my remote garage door opener opener does not working.To reprogram it I've hold the button down on the remote and then press and immediately release the smart/learn button on the rear of the motor unit.It does not work again. What should I do to fix this problem?
