I got a new used at&t lg gt365 and when I put my sim card in it nothing happens when I hit ANY button... menu, options, camera, keypad all buttons! I cant make any calls all though I can get incoming calls but can NOT answer it! Is the phone locked or broken?????

You need to insert sim card from network which is phone currently working and enter unlock sequence mode 2945#*365# . Then you get a hidden menu where you can enter unlock code.

First you need to unlock your phone before you put tracfone sim card on that phone. Make sure you have appropriate LG neon GT365 unlock code example : if your old sim card using t-mobile you must use t-mobile unlock code for your phone not tracfone. If your personal unlock code is blocked you have to call customer care. Have the IMEI, serial number, and SIM id ready along with your account information.

its not possible. ur gunna have to call ur service provider and get a new sim. the same happened to me today with the same PHONE!

It's normal since your phone still locked. You must unlock your phone first with lg neon unlock code for your phone network carrier. I recently noticed a mini SD memory card in my cellphone and even though there was data on the chip which I had put there using the SD adapter and my laptop none of the data was viewable on the cellph screen.
