Hi,
Please let me know if the unit has a led light lit at the front panel or totally dead set. It will help diagnose where the fault came from.

no led light. totally dead.
i will try that. it may be a few days before i can attempt it. if it does not work i will need to know what is next or i can contact your company for further assistance.
All is OK. A niece had turned the main power switch off on the TV (my wife did not know). I hope that was the problem. I will monitor the set and if the problem returns I will check the fuses and capacitors.
