My Frigidaire model no LTF2940FSI will not fill with water...any suggestions?

I see that you are having trouble with water staying in your Frigidaire washer, model# FWS1339A, during the fill cycle. I suggest checking to make sure your drain hose standpipe is the correct height. The standpipe must be between 33 and 96 inches. If it is less than 33 inches, then the water might be syphoning out of your appliance. If this is the case, then I suggest installing a syphon break kit. Make sure that your water is turned on under the sink from the line tapped off of the hot water pipe if it is on pour 3 large pots of water in the bottom and hit start

Hello Donald, I understand that your washer door will not lock and it is inoperable. Let's try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn on the washer. Select a normal cycle and verify if the washer will start. If the appliance will not operate then it possibly have a faulty door lock assembly or a communication problem with the control board. I would suggest contacting an experienced service technician to determine the precise cause.

You probably need to replace the water inlet valve if you don't get water into the dishwasher. The part you need is number 3 in the attached breakdown. The part number is: 154219601. Hope this helps.

The drain hose might be too low. Make sure the drain hose is at least three feet above the floor.
