Our ricoh started showing this message about a week ago. It gives us great copies, scans & faxes. What is this code & do we have to replace this part?

Reset it .
If you are enter service mode 5-912 default 60K just input Zero "0" this will deactivate the PCU counter.
If it is bad you will have to replace it. It is the Photoconductor(Drum / Developer) Cartridge
