If it's working normally after Windows boots, it's obviously not the screen or inverter. More likely a BIOS setting to not show the POST data.
A $20 part, the "inverter" inside the LCD case has failed.
Unfortunately for you, a qualified technician will charge you $50 to $75 for "one hour labour"
to disassemble your computer, remove the dead inverter, attach the new one, reassemble your computer, and test that replacing the inverter has solved the problem.
If you have to ask "how to replace the inverter", the best answer is "let a professional do it".
