I have just purchased a display model of a Panasonic digital camcorder Model PV-DV103. It seems to record video fine but I have a problem with the sound. It has a terrible "scratchy" sound and the voices on the recording can barely be heard or not at all. I have made THREE attempts to get some help from Panasonic technical support and have received no response. The camcorder has a lot of different settings which I am not familiar with and I think it may be just a matter of getting the right settings. Could anyone out there please give me some suggestions or help? Thanks in advance.

These are generally a standard mini to Firewire cable, available at many retailers, take your camera with you and look at the available cables. Panasonic has them for sale as well.

100 % Cure - Change the internal battery, you can find that below AV out jack, pull it out and replace it with a new one. I have seen this happening twice to my camcorder. It seems you, just like me seldom use it.
