p.s if after you replace the door lock assembly and you still have the same code you would then have to replace the ccu (main computer board ) but most of the time the door lock assembly fixes this problem thanks again

Error code stands for door lock. May need a new door lock.

does your washer stop on spin cycle some time. your is 4/5 years old?. f dl means door lock system is bad but i don't think so. do you have other error code beside f dl if yes then i think your washer need new main control board.

Google your washer by model and google the code list. It could be something as simple as the drain is clogged. We had the same problem. It was a simple fix.

possible electronics failure. my HE4t has completly gone dead at the control panel after displaying error codes. A class action law suite is in the works on the HE3t HE4t machines.

If you can use a soldering iron, this will help.
