Dear sir i am using nokia 5130c xpressmusic mobile,the major problem i was facing is it's IMEI number is12345610654321?.and if i insert any sim card it shows that sim card registration failed.please solve my problem........whaat can i do?

Hi,

I am sorry to hear regarding the trouble. This simply indicates that the SIM has gone bad and needs replacement. You need to go to any of the nearby centers and buy a new SIM ( same number would be activated on the new SIM ). If you are in INDIA, this is a common problem with Airtel.They would charge around Rs 50 for the new SIM and it would be activated within 24 hours.

There can be two problems.
First, you might have put your phone in offline mode. Press the power button once. It will show list of profiles like Normal, silent, outdoor etc. Press Normal and your phone will search for network automatically.
Second, Your sim may be damaged. Please check by inserting another sim and see if it works.

You have to report this matter to both Police and your mobile operator.
Phone IMEI and SIM card will periodically contact/connect to operator ( if the mobile turned On with lost SIM). Your operator also can block the phone.
