Warrantee for Esante

I bought my machine many years ago and don't find the warrantee info in my manuel. Their current web site says there is a 25 year warrantee on their machines. Don't know if that is the new machines or all of there products. Can you tell me? Sharon

The 25 year warranty only applies to parts that came from the factory defective: not parts that break during use. It also only covers replacement of the part, not labor to repair nor transportation of the part.

The 25 year warranty is probably the most useless warranty in existence. Some company (that shall remain nameless,) started advertising it heavily many years ago, and everyone else followed suit to compete.

Most machines have an effective 1 year parts and labor, and 5 year electronics warranty.

For a more accurate diagnosis of your machine, bring it to a warranty station. They'll be able to tell you the warranty status of your machine as well as diagnose the problem, and repair it as necessary.

Do The ESE ESante Baby Lock hoops fit the ESI ESante Baby Lock machines

The Babylock Esante ESE1 and ESE2 hoops are not compatible with the Esante ESI1 or ESI2 hoops. The Babylock ESI1/2 used the same hoops as the Brother PC7000 and PC7500. The ESE1/2 use the hoops that are compatible with the Brother PC6500 and PE700 series embroidery machines.

I wish that I had better news for you. This site has hoops for sale for both the ESI1 and the ESE1: http://www.allbrands.com/categories/871 . If you need hoops for either machine, use the compatibility data on each machine type to help you find more vendors that may have the embroidery hoops.

I just bought the machine the serial number is typ20 B Serial # 300006501 I paid $ 275.00 Wanted to know how old it may be and did I make a good deal? I looked on the Pfaff web site and couldn't...

On the label on the back of the machine where the serial # is, in the lower left corner is the 1/4 and the year that is was made. Example (IV/01) Between August and December of 2001. The IV are Roman Numerals.

I need to know where to get a manuel for my ESante Ese2 embrodery machine. No problems now, but I haven't used it for a while and need to review things before I start up again.

The Babylock website has downloads. If you cannot find a manual, send a message to customer service. They are usually prompt to assist.
