How to get a replacement safelink phone?
For a defective phone replacement, call SAFELINK WIRELESS Technical Customer Care at 1-800-378-1684. Lost or Stolen Phone Policy: For any lost or stolen SAFELINK WIRELESS phone, you may request and receive only one replacement phone per customer. The replacement phone will be a refurbished phone.
You can upgrade your Safelink phone by purchasing a new/different model,
call Safelink but tell them you bought the same original phone you
started with and half the time theyll do it. Do not tell them that you
upgraded and if a foregin CSR answeres the phone ie,Indian hang up and
call again in 2 hour intervals until you get an American SCR.I have
never failed to upgrade my Safelink devices. Good Luck....
