Yours is a 2 speed motor. Does it spin in 2 different speeds. If so, then it most likely is designed with only to agitate in 1 speed. If it only spins in one speed, then your motor is defective
sorry about this problem,we get this alot your drain pump is clogged,so try this take cloths out and see if you can scoop out water. Now put rooto-roter drain opener in drum and let it sit for about 1-2hrs.Now run on heavy-duty by itself it may have to go through 2 cycles,to clear out clogg.See the drain pump is real small,so dog hair, strings,or pieces of rubber from throw rugs well clog pump.So first try this.
If you bought a new washer and you still have a leak, i guess it was not the washer but where it drains into. Sink or stand pipe has a leak. unless you are useing the old drain hose from your old washer. Dry up everything and look for the sorse of water with a bright light when the washer drains .
THIS IS A TYPICLE PROBLEM . BETWEEN THE MOTOR & THE TRANSMISSION THERE IS A COLLECTOR ASSEMBY (THREE PIECE
SET) REAL EASY TO GET TOO EASY TO FIX . ALSO COST EFFICENT
