Hi! I have a Samsung SGH D900 phone and i cannot get multi media messages at all!! Whenever I try to get them it gives me an error Unknown User whenever I try to retrieve/download them. The only messages I can get are text messages. Any ideas?

if its a new phone / sim then you might need sms / wap settings sent from your service provider to set the sms message centre number in your phone etc.
Alternatively some SP's require you to call them and register a payg phone to enable full functionality, call your customer service line and explain, they will fix it right away.
