I have LG GT540 cell Phone. It was responding well but now it's not working properly. Even if I touch the screen or try to unlock my phone it gives no result.. While typing Text it gives error time and again.. Simply saying my touch is not working at all.. I don't know why? Did you forgot your screen pattern password? If you forgot it you can unlock lg gt540 screen passsword using your google account, but you must have it in your phone before your phone locked. If you didn;t have it you can unlock lg phone password by doing hard reset method and can erase all your previous data on your phone.

I have a lg gt540 android phone and recently replaced the screen, but after a while the touch stopped working. Can this problem be rectified, since i am all the way in trinidad and dont have any technical support for the phone.

I was also facing this problem with my LG GS290 but it was in warranty period therefore i took my mobile to lg service center and they told touch pad is defected therefor they replaced with the new one without any cost
so if you have your mobile in warranty then take mobile to service center.
