If the mixer is receiving signal, then the problem is pilot error at the mixer, not the guitar. You did not mention what type of mixer you have so I have no way of helping. Common problems would be failure to send the guitar channel to the mixing buss, leaving the channel muted... but we really need the mixer and model number to give more help that that.
The mixer likely is fine, it probably is not set up properly. Unplug one of the working instruments and try your guitar in that input. There are many mistakes in setting up a mixer. There is virtually no way that if the mixer is seeing adequate level from the guitar and the mixer is PROPERLY set up that the problem would be with the guitar. Using a set of headphones, punch down the PFL/Solo button for the channel the guitar is on. If you can hear the guitar in the headphones with the top knob of the channel all the way CW, then somebody has not configured the patching right with the mixer. Make sure the MUTE button is up for this channel.

I've tested the guitar on a Mackie CFX16 mixer & a Tascam Digital PortaStudio DP-02. I don't think the mixer is the problem as there's many other instruments hooked up and they're all playing just fine.
