Samsung tocco just swopped phones to a new tocco but can't seem to change the answerphone message - can record a new message but can't change the original one - surely can't be that difficult!! any help would be appreciated

go to setting
select phone profile
select message tab
select message alert tone
and select your message tone

go on to settings
then profiles and at the top theres a drop down box
go on to new messages
then messgae alert type and yo have 4 diffrent tone OR click sounds at the bottom where there more sounds or music :D

You can try this Samsung master code but rememeber it will erase all data from the handset... *2767*3855#

i have forgot my password to get into ma things

1) Press the 'tape' symbol to access the answering machine mode.
2) Press 9 then 1 for 'answer and record'.
3) Whe you hear a 'beep' speak your message. Whilst recording the display shows REC OGM1 or REC OGM2
4) Press 5 to stop recording. Your message is played back to you
5) Press 'tape' symbol to exit.

To check your Out Going Message (OGM)

1) Press 'tape' symbol
2) Press 6 then 2 and the message is played back.

you need the MODEL number. Try going to uniden.com and go to customer service/manuals. You might find it there

to change the clock....menu---settings---time & date....then scroll down and change time

for messages, try goin to message, then scrolling down to "delete by folder" x

To record a new OGM, on the Onetel OT150

Press "menu" on the base unit, then "up" once to record OGM 1 or twice to record OGM 2.

Press "OK" The existing OGM will begin to play. Whilst this is playing press and hold "MEMO"

Record your message, speaking close to the base unit. Press "stop" (square) when finished.

If you decided you don't like your message then, repeat the process above but when it tells you to record your own message press "stop" (Square) and the default will be reset.

It may need a new battery. Try that first.
