SOURCE: Roper RS25AGXNQ00 icemaker leaking.

The water inlet valve on the back of unit opens when the ice maker needs water. If the valve doesn't seal good because of sediment or wear it will continue to drip and when the water reaches the ice maker supply tube it will freeze blocking the fill tube.. You can take the water line off the valve and watch to see if it drips.

Ice maker leaks then freezes ice tray completely together.

With so little information, the best guess is that the electric solenoid valve that suplies water to the icemaker has gone bad. They're easy to replace, and not expensive. If the fridge is less than ten years old, then the cause is most likely a non-filtered water supply to the solenoid valve.

If it's a really big leak, then suspect the icemaker itself.

Water leak at back of ice maker ,made big ice ball at rear of tray then ran out on floor. Turned off water ,cleaned out ice now wont do anything .. Tray wont fill , rack dosent move. Was making ice good...

sounds like you have a bad water valve solenoid. check the ½" diameter fill tube that feeds the water into the fillcup of the icemaker, you may have to remove the icemaker to see inside. is this tube frozen with ice? if it is, you have a bad solenoid.

Roper refrigerator leaks

Good job! most people do not know about the evaporator drain.
I would check the tubing to the icemaker, icemaker inflow valve and, water filter.

RS25AGXNQ00 defrost timer

Hi, The timer board is located in the control panel. Remove the control knobs and then pry the front plate with a thin flat blade. It will pop off. You will find 2 screws behind the plate and 2 on the back side of the control panel. Here is a picture.
Please let me know if this helps you.

Thanks

Roper Freezer Stopped Freezing

. The most common problem is a bad start relay on the compressor. In rare cases the compressor may be bad. If you are mechanically inclined you can replace the relay yourself for less than 50 dollars. You will need model and serial number off of the unit and order the part by those numbers. if the compressor is bad you will need to hire a good service company

Icemaker leaks water into bucket when it dumps ice

Either the inlet valve is stuck or the icemaker solenoid is shored.

Most likely the second one.

Water is leaking in side the freeze

It's the pump for the icemaker/water dispenser. When it goes bad, it just starts pumping water into your icemaker until it overflows into your freezer. You simply have to replace the pump. It's happened to mine twice.

You can very easily replace the pump yourself in about 3 to 5 minutes, and the pump only costs about 48 dollars.

Here's a link to the cheapest place to buy the pump: http://www.easyapplianceparts.com/MultiModels.aspx?ModelNum=RS22AQXKQ&searchTerm=&RefineSearch=0

The first time I had this repaired, the repairman charged me over 300 dollars. I did it myself the last time. All I used was a pair of pliers.

Good luck!

Yes, the short tube that goes from the back of the refrigerator to the icemaker can freeze up solid preventing any more water to pass thru. this is caused by a bad water valve that is slowly leaking water to the icemaker.
