possible o2 sensor heater intermittent failure..try warming up the vehicle and see if it goes off ...high rpm right after start up with a short fast run to the store or something like that couldve caused this bank 5 malfunction...

The EGR valve is closed when the engine is cold and should open when warmed up. Have all componets check to see if they are functiong correctly. Auto Zone provides a free computer scan at no charge . They will avise you what is in need or replacing and how much for the part. These parts are easily installed too
