My smart drive model LW015-K top load washer won't drain the water, I think the draining mechanism is blocked but Im not sure. I forwarded to spin cycle to force drain but it just makes a buzzing sound like it's trying to drain & won't. Should I get someone in to repair it or is there anyway to check the draining tube? (i have no knowledge of washing machines)

it wont spin if there is water remaining in it,check pump for restrictions or anything jamming it if good replace pump

its easy if you know how hahahah the pump either has something jammed in it or its faulty

WASHER FILLS WITH WATER, THEN WON'T AGITATE. TURN KNOB TO SPIN AND IT DRAINS THEN SPINS. STILL WON'T AGITATE please show me a diagram

We had the same problem with ours. I took out the steel tub and found there was a lot of lint blocking the pump (at the bottom of the plastic tub). There is a screw holding the pump cover. Once you remove this you can check it properly for blockages.
