The only way to legally attain Microsoft Office 2010 is to purchase it.
Alternatively, you could try an Office substitute, and free, open source project called Open Office.
It is downloadable at http://www.openoffice.org
It will allow you to create and edit word, powerpoint, excel, access, or publisher files.
It will work with Windows 7.
It is not made by Microsoft. But it is a good substitue for office, and it doesn't cost upwards ofr $100 dollars. (Free. Free is the price).
