From what I remember on this copier...... The software in the copier may be from another country.... OP or AP most likely the copier needs a new toner installed or could be a paper jam in the doc feeder. The codes were a bit messed up between different countries, I did not biuld them.... Good Luck

Check the connection of connectors YC7 on the engine board (KP-5061) and CN2 on the power supply board (KP-5059), and the continuity across the connector terminals. Repair or replace the engine controll board or the power supply if necessary.
