Hi to flash you're Nokia to download & install Nokia PC Suite driver ::::: then u will need to download PhoenixSuit tool and then launch it ::::.CHEERS

this could just need reflashing, try useing the nokia software on there website, if there anything like the sonyerricsson this dosent require to phone to be on just charged up

the same process is very tricky, risky and dangerous if you are not familier with phone software installation instead of googling go visit some mobile repair shop and they will do the same in less then data cable cost.
you can use JAF with emulator for software installation urself, have to googled and download a good one but i personally recoment not to try this as ur phone can dead permanently.

It means that the phone crashed, and must be taken to a Nokia service centre. Try first flipping out the battery for one minute. Restart phone with no SIM and no SD card, then restart again with SIM. If problem is still there, take the phone to your local Nokia shop.
