a quick Google suggests it's not a specialist part, so assume it's a standard bobbin case (it looks like your average bobbin case in the instruction manual, which i found online)
cost is 0.53GBP 0.93AUD 0.70USD each on Aliexpress, includes delivery from China, your search should contain these words "metal bobbin spool case"
Best regards, Wayne.
have you applied any lubricant to the bobbin holder the one that holds the bobbin? I would suggest using your manual and lube your machine. sounds to me like your mechanism is sticking.
it would be a good idea to have the machine serviced
Try these suggestions for bird nesting
1. Change the needle--use a needle that's for the fabric being sewed
2. Rethread the machine--top --make sure to use every thread guide
3. try a different bobbin--make sure bobbin is inserted correctly into the bobbin case
& make sure the bobbin is turned the correct way in the bobbin case
4. make sure the thread has not come off the thread take up lever
5. Clean under the needle plate & in the bobbin area for lint or threads
6. Check to make sure the bobbin is not warped or damaged
7. Make sure the bobbin case is correctly in the machine,, if it's a top loading bobbin you may need to have the bobbin case checked to see if it's damaged or see if the hook and hook race has a problem
8. Also could be a timing problem, and the machine would need to be checked.
Suggest you check your bobbin tension, pull the bobbin thread and if you feel it too loose, most likely bobbin thread not threaded correctly into the bobbin case tension plate. Do refer to your manual if you have one.
try these suggestions try changing the needle make sure the bobbin is turned the right way in the bobbin case if these suggestions don't help then the machine needs to be checked
I can't find a bobbin case cover,, I suggest that you go to these 2 sites & call them or email them about the bobbin case cover sewvacdoctor.com a1sewingmachines.com

I also suggest that you clean bobbin case. Now, when needle is "stuck", this requires patience and care in "jiggling" the hand wheel to and fro until needle point begins to clear the jammed area. Carefully snip one thread that moves up under needle and jiggle hand wheel by carefully turning hand wheel toward you to see if you can move the take-up lever all the way up to the UP position. Look at bobbin case area and remove bobbin. Cut bobbin thread and remove bobbin case. Sweep gently with brush underneath case and carefully, gently sweep over the feed dogs, poking very ends of brush bristles into "teeth" area to remove lint, fuzz ball/s, and any loose thread/s.
Raise presser foot, remove (possibly bent) needle. Insert new needle of appropriate size for fabric weight. Make sure needle pushed all the way up into needle bar groove, at side to back. Keep presser foot RAISED while rethreading. This allows thread to locate tension discs, and HOLD THREAD TAUT.
Replace bobbin, making sure thread is EVENLY distributed on it. Imablanced bobbins cause jams, and bobbins with burrs and scratches can real havoc as well as the hook part of the shuttle where the bobbin fits. Smooth such areas with emery cloth carefully, ever so gently.
Hope my suggestions are a solution for you.

slide de bottom windor under the foot and remove the bobbin casing, the bobbin shoud be inside. repace,it with a full one make sore that cotton runs oposit of the litell cut on the bobbin caing, if is a casing in same machins is only the bobbin. Good luck
Are you sure you have the bobbin the right way round in the holder....when you look at the bobbin and tug the thread, the bobbin should move clockwise.
Pull out the foot pedal and use bsr2 with the start/stop button.
Bring bobbin thread to top of work before starting to sew. This may help knotting problem
