Why would my dash lights start flickering, my tack start jumping around and my fuel gauge go to empty on a 1995 aurora

This intermittent fault sounds like a bad connection. Check the wiring harness under the dash for damage or loose connector plugs and then check the plugs going into the instrument cluster (some cars have inherently bad soldered joins on the pin connections that require re-soldering) As it's affecting multiple circuits, I'd check ground leads as well. Dirty or broken grounds cause all kinds of electrical issues.

Hi I have a horizon t4000 premier treadmill, everything seems to work fine when I plug it in, it all the console displays fine, but p1 (programme 1) just keeps flashing and no response from any of the

Hi Anthony, sounds like there is a bad connection from upper to lower, a pinched or bad cable, or bad solder on a connection point.
With the "flickering" of the console lights mentioned, this tells me that the power supply connections to the console were suspect at one time, and doing nothing and having it "work ok now" is not a good sign of something being fixed. Also, with the flickering, this would mean the upper board would be intermittently powering up / down, causing massive trouble with the onboard CPU which is trying to operate the system. I would advise against using the unit the way it is, and have the control board checked. You can contact jatinah electronics for further help if needed. Good Luck!

RCA L46wd22yx5 IS FLICKERING

If its flickering on and off( loss of picture) it could be solder related to the inverter. If the pic stays and the set just flickers lines in the pic then I would think its the LVDs cable to the tcon or the connecters from the Tcon to the LCD panel.

The input jack has sprung a leak around the neck of the wire...i have an exposed wire as if the wire was pulled on. it causes the left ear to flicker in and out however its not that bad right now, a piece...

These are usually molded so I would cut of enough molding to expose where the break is and reconnect the wire. Solder the connection to avoid "flickering".OR you can buy a new headphone jack at the Shack and solder the wires on and it'll be as good as new!

Powers up no pic

You have a bad solder connection in the Vertical deflection circuit. Try re-soldering the vertical output IC and the Vertical yoke pins. You may have to look over the Vertical circuits with a magnifying glass to actually find the bad solder . A hint if the solder looks dull re-solder it.

Mitsubishi VS-45607 Picture flickers and dims

It could be a bad solder connection that opens up as the set warms up. It could also be caused by a couple of bad capacitors, C2p05 (100uf/16v) Located By Ic2p01 and check C2c52 (10uf/50v) Located near Q2c51. A technican will be able to fix it for about what you paid for it I suppose.

Moniter back on whack!

sound like you have bad solder connections, sometimes the break is so small they can be hard to find. Unplug the unit for a short while & take it apart to look for bad connections, most likely they will be on the main board. Monitors have more shielding ( to remove interfearance) so it typically is a little harded to repair a monitor than a tv. good luck
