MNTECH gave me infor about eplacing inlet wahwer, which I did nad the problem was fixed
Water inlet valve is not sealing off 100%. Replace inlet valve (the part where the hose attached to the machine). didn't find that exact model listed so couldn't give you a part number. Usually LG's have a separate valve for the cold and the hot. If you turn off one valve where hoses connect to household plumbing you should be able to figure out if it is the hot or cold. (most often it is the cold) Leave both valves off when not using washer until fixed. (note: usually on LG washers, if you have unit connected to power and the door closed, if it fills with water as your machine did, the water level switch will trip and automatically pump the water out, even if washer is not in use and the power is "off".)
