I have just replaced my cartridges and the printer is now printing with a four blue horizontal stripes across each A4 page (each about 1cm wide). Please can you help.

This is probably due to miss alignment, there is an option of test page which will be scanned to allign the cartridge, if ur's a all in one printer. This test page is printed at the first time and scanned instantly for first time operation.

You likey have a bad CYAN cartridge, that is the first thing you want to replace.

My guess would be the fuser. If the lines are consistent its either the fuser or bad toner cartridges.

Really sounds like a defective cartridge or bad contact. Have you changed any of the toners recently? If so, try another cartridge of the color that you just changed.

Have you tried clearing the cartridge and the jets? Follow the instructions in Properties.

Ink cartridge has dried out.

I had the same problem, replaced the PCR in the cartridge, the small black drum that pre charges the drum and erase the old image.
After that print was all back ok.
