I just need to warn you that doing a hard reset will erase all your save files and application on your phone. It will be back to factory default settings.
To do a hard reset on your device :
1. Make sure that your phone is turned off
2. Press and hold the volume down + menu + power button
3. Wait for the samsung logo and release the buttons
4. You will see something loads on the screen and the recovery menu will come out
5. Use your sensor to navigate and select "wipe data / factory reset.
6. And press down on your sensor pad to confirm
7. Wait for the process to be completed and your done.

There is insufficient space on your cell phone to copy/download the video file onto your cell phone.memory.

try fractory restore option. but if problem continues the u need to format ur phone

Check settings for the SIM card. Sometimes data is stored on the SIM card rather than the memory card.
You can also change that setting to store data on the memory card before the SIM card.

You will have to reset your mobile phone back to factory default settings.

BUT FIRST.......................Look up in your phone manual for the code for your phone.
If you have not got it then you will have to get it off the net via the samsung website under ..............................samsung SCH-R631 unlock codes or samsung SCH-R631 factory default settings, you will need to remove your battery and make a note of your serial number and any codes on the reverse of the phone then replace the battery again.
