Neff W4380X1 LED 01 appearing

Trying to run a wash programme, the machine will run for about 10 minutes, then beeps continuously, and there's a number 1 in the LED. Machine won't actually allow you to spin, or do anything. Haven't a clue what this means, as the instruction manual  has been lost long time ago (previous owners)  Any help and/or a copy of the instruction manual would be greatly appreciated.

Trying to run a wash programme, the machine will not run and after about 1 minute, it automatically goes to prewash mode, and there's a number 15 in the LED. Machine won't actually allow you to wash, rinse, spin, or do anything. Haven't a clue what this means, as the instruction manual has not been provided by the landlord. Any help and/or a copy of the instruction manual would be greatly appreciated.

This is a water supply fault. Check that the hoses at the back of the machine are not squashed and check to see if there is water getting into the machine

Neff washing machine - barrel doesnt spin

I would recommend it. Otherwise they will have to run new wires from control module all the way down to the motor. I would get my money back since they didn't replace the right piece.

NEFF washer not starting. error code 3/flashing anti-crease butto

This may be a simple control fault that can be reset by unplugging for 5 minutes or switching the breaker switch off for five minutes also. if the five minute reset doesn't restore the machine to its original operational value, you will then need to replace the main control board in this unit. it has failed.

error code 1 is usually not heating it will progress through rinse as heat is not called for, when moves to heat stage will stop at that point inexpensive part to replace.

Power cuts when 'on' switch is released!

Easy, remove the top the switch unclips and slides out from the front panel, you cannot sucesfully repair these switches so a replacement should be obtained

Detergent & Conditioner Drawer

Perhaps it needs to be thoroughly cleaned out first - sometimes the gloopy mess collects and blocks the outlet hole.
