If you're in the UK and under 2 years old, please contact your retailer with proof of purchase and they can make arrangements for it to come to our engineers for inspection/repair work required.
If its over 2 years old or you don't have proof of purchase please contact the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30.
