What does the cracked battery symbol on the charger mean pls.......is the battery broken or is it just charging....?

What you refer to as the "circle" is most likely the low voltage battery symbol and flashing means to change the batteries. The wrench means fault which just goes along with changing the batteries.

What do you mean by hack? Is the original charger broken? Lithium batteries are very dangerous if charged improperly - as in burn your house down (do not use a charger meant for Ni-Cd batteries - guaranteed disaster).
If you mean charging faster - usually means shorter battery life due to the internal heat generated within the cells. I'd stick with trying to find another charger made for your battery.

Put on the charger for 1-2 hours then unplug it and use it.
You should be able to see the battery level. This is telling you that it take charge or not.
-If it still very low or same as before charge then the battery might be defect. Replace new battery.

That symbol usually indicates the battery isn't charged or charging. It could be a connection problem, a charger problem, or a battery problem.

If you have an extra wall charger, try that first as they don't always last forever. Make sure the plug that connects to your tablet looks clean and not corroded.

If it still won't charge, then chances are the battery needs servicing to make sure the connection is OK or the battery just might need to be replaced.

That symbol means that the tablet battery is plugged in and is supposed to be receiving charging voltage. If the battery is bad, it may not charge but the tablet will still work with the charger plugged in.

The Kidizoom is a camera, not a battery charger. If you wan to use rechargeable batteries, you'll have to charge those batteries in a separate, appropriate charger.

If by "dead" you mean a broken, defective, or past end of life battery, then there is nothing you can do to charge it again. If you simply mean a completely drained battery, put it into an appropriate charger and charge it following the instructions for that charger.

lighting symbol? Im assuming thats a iPhone or iPod Touch. this means your iPhone is dead keep it plugged in for a day or two if it still fails to turn on try plugging it in to charge somewhere else like a wall charger.
