Try to install the latest version of Printer software from www.kodak.com/go/downloads on your computer. then open the kodak home center software and click on PRINT pictures. Adjust the settings and you are ready to go. download the user manual from www.kodak.com/go/manuals.

the advice i got from kodak was to run the free anti malware programme from www.malwarebytes.org and this worked. Does take a while.

It sounds to me you may need to reinstall the software for the printer this should fix the problem if not there will be a driver update available that should fix any bugs. These should be available from the kodak website under either support or downloads
