I have had this less than a year. It used to work fine. It started having problems more and more often reading discs, even when they weren't dirty. I have run a lens cleaner CD numerous times, and it seems to load and play CDs with no problem. But it will no longer load any DVDs I have tried, it tries to load, and then spits it back out saying that the disc cannot be read.
My Samsung DVD-R130 will no longer play or record ANY type of DVD. It can't read even a brand new movie. At first it would record, but not very well, now it has become a doorstop. Can you help ???

have you tried a lens cleaner? the lens may have gone bad and would need to be replaced. Do you have warranty on the player?
