42pc3d-ud: had a really bad picture so i thought i would take a look and found fs1 blown (4A), replaced it and tried to turn on tv, the LED would go green for a few seconds then the tv would turn off.

42PC3D-UD It now has sound but the video is out... Sometimes after warming up you can see shadows.. Am somewhat familiar ohm meter and volt meter.. Works as a PC tech so can replace boards.. Any ideas
