Cartridge error... Remove and re-insert cartridge on left. I have done this repeatedly and installed 2 new cartridges. Still not printing. clean contacts on the cartridge carier with a wet towel

help Hi power on you printer open door at right side of printer wait a few seconds to see cartridge carier in that potition push down your cartridges and pull them out aftter that follow reverce steps
