lacks power and idles rough Check your fuel pressure first because it sounds like you might have a weak fuel pump.Your fuel pressure should be 41-47 psi with key on engine off.

pump is located under the fuel door in the back of the car- you just need to take the door off and you can check for voltages or even replace the pump from there- no need to drop the tank or anything
