starter. if your sure everything is clean and tight. You can try this if you know how, you can chk. starter with a screw driver by crossing the big post to small post on starter but you got to be real

...There might be soap or boiled over residue on the starter. If that doesn't work, try using fine 150 grit sandpaper and gentle clean the starter with it. This problems drove me nuts too. Good
