Is there a way to turn off the day time driving lights on a 1999 Ford F350 should be able to step on emergency brake pedal one or to clicks maybe.

The turn signals won't blink on my 1996 F350 but my emergency lights do flash. I changed the flasher and I changed the bulbs. sounds like the turn signal switch is defective
