...xl500 but need to format it to FAT32 to use wit my ps3 but will only let me format it to NFTS or exFAT. any ideas what i can do? Give this a try

your drive is formatted in FAT32, which has a single-file cap of 4GB. Reformat the drive in NTFS or EXFAT and you should not have any more problems
