How do I do a hard reset on the Cruz T301 Tablet? Hi. Press reset hole button using a paperclip, then hold down volume + button until 'Cruz' appears on display. That will reset the tablet.

i forgot the patttern to unlock my cruz reader Try it too many times (10 I believe) and it will Reset back to factory settings and you should be ok to use it again.
