Arcade Deluxe is nothing more than a **** media center with a useless media player in it - get rid of it. If you want to play BR disks there are 2 options: either install a good codec pack like http://www.free-codecs.com/download_soft.php?d=5748&s=775 an use WMP or install and use VLC http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

reinstall your os again not update, may be you will not facing the problem again.

Video Codecs are needed if in any case some videos wont recognized by your computer due to different file format. You can download free codecs over the internet and they are absolutely free. Here is the link for one of the codecs available over the internet.

salman please start your own post and own facts The OP never once state is OS, do not flash your PCBIOS for fun! the OP gave no facts, at all , no symptoms not even a real question asked at all. so why hyjack any post or worse one that is dead, and bad. my guess is the OP never heard if acer dot com. all you do is google acer support and bingo there you are. 1st hit https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support i then click acer aspire. all i can find is 5349 why not join there form , fixya has no books no software and for sure 10,000 firmware upgrades. ask them what is the best match for you PC. by exact model the 9300 is not 5349 9300 bios is unique too. and if you get this wrong you can brick the PC. 2008 last update, read the warning and heed it, is WISE https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/135?b=1

boot your system in safe mode by pressing f8 key repeatedly during the booting process then select safe mode and press enter then go to system restore option, and select system restore, then select some previous date where system is working fine, restore it

No, Acer no longer supplies the recovery discette off the bat. However if you call their customer service they can send you one. 

first confirm that your touch pad is working or not. yor touch pad may be disabled or it may be dead. you can enable your touch pad in it's setting. you can connect an external mouse to your laptop to check that. or you can enable mouse keys in control panel.

When you say you cannot burn DVD's, do you mean you cannot burn DVD movies or do you mean you cannot burn data files to a DVD?

Burning DVD movies requires specific software to transcode the video and create a directory structure that DVD's players expect.

When you try to burn DVD's does it produce an error? What software are you using to burn?

Yes. Download Bluetooth drivers and install. it work...

right click on the ? and uninstall it. Scan for hardware changes and let windows find the driver.

First try using the FUNCTION key combination "Fn" then F2

Next if this is not working then,go to my network places(To go to my network places:my computers left handside you wil get it) click it, then click on the option view network connections, then right handside click on wireless network connections, then right click and select properties, you wil get a window in that select wireless connection and check whether the first option is ticked or not.
