You can do it by hard reseting your phone & wiping all your data. To do this follow the below steps : Start by switching off the cell phone by holding the Power key In the next step press and hold Volume Up + Power button for a couple of seconds. Release held keys when the Recover Mode appears on the screen. Use Volume buttons to sroll to option "wipe data/factory reset", and confirm that with Power button. Choose "Yes" from the menu, and confirm it with Power key. Now accept option "reboot system now" using Power key. Success! I know this Is a boring answer, it’s it’s real! Contact your service provider and if that’s not helfuk contact Alcatel Directly! It may be carrier locked, etc., make sure that’s not the case or anything similar!

with your droid unlocked, connect the usb cable between your droid and pc.You should see a notification "Charging this device via USB" in the notification bar, tap the notification. in the menu "Use USB for:" select the file transfer option. This is entirely impossible. The chip on the phone itself makes sure it's unable to ever open your phone without this activation. Theft is prevented this way.

the LCD in screen is broken I'm afraid at least that's what it sounds like. you will have to have a screen replacement which may not be available or even be expensive.

If this is a phone that has been used for a while, there may be ear wax plugging the earpiece. If not, take it to a phone repair shop as it may need receiver replaced.
