I INSERTED A DIGICEL SIM IN MY ALCATEL E-1O1 AND IT WANTS NCK CODE CN ANYONE HELP ME OUT HERE PALIZ

The phone rings once or twice but then it stops ringing despite the fact that there is still a ringing tone on the caller's phone.

Furthermore, the answering machine does not take the message as it does not click into answering mode. Any messages are left on the automated voice mail.

no problem it's just a missed call indicator... press it and on the display screen it will say missed internal or external call, press the button adjacent to that and it will display the caller id of the missed call... again press the adjacent button and you will be presented with the option to delete the missed call... as soon as you have the orange light will stop flashing. On a 4019 the sequence is Orange button, 5 times up arrow until the identity of the missed caller is displayed ok, ok again to delete and then back arrow 4 times... hope this helps :-)

normally this feature is enabled by the phone co. this allows you to activate and de activate the call divert
so call the phone co and ask them is this feature enabled on your line and what are the codes you use to turn feature on/off
i am referring of course to a single business line and not a pabx environment...i hope this helps in some small way

i have a eaua alcatel board succesfully created but i can not programe any extention on it, it gives
user lock error 173,174,175

Push the "R" button (last button on the left side) two times.
The the "sos" should be deleted.

I also uploaded the manual (only in french). The solution ist on page 10.

Good question but no 'make model (what it is). Base units have an antenna, make sure it is extended. Make sure the batteries in the satellite hand sets are good as they send out the signal to the base unit to be 'in range'. Not sure about the PIN request, refer to the manual. They are all online. Google make model manual ..
