do one thing first uninstall your printer from system
now remove all cables data(usb /lpt)
now reinstall software first after a reboot
now connect the printer thriough usb or lpt cable
also check for port through which printer is connected to system
by clicking on printer properties

I know nothing of labeleers, but I understand BIOS settings and small electronics chips. So, without trashing my rating and doing something that might help,

1. Unplug and power off the labeler.
2. Remove any batteries
3. Hold down the power button for 3 minues (drain the basic settings established and the power through the batteries that's maintaining them)
4. Replace the batteries.
5. Power on the unit.7. Look for a small pin hole that only then end of an unbent paper-clip will fit into. Gently insert and press the clip
6. This should have erased the unwanted settings

If i'm wrong, be kind on the ratings because no one wanted to even give your question a try. I guess I'm just a glutton for pounishment

the problems are :-

• cartridges are not recognised or installed
• there is a paper jam.

Hello Sarunas,The problem ultimately, might lie with label feeding,Try Printer feeding,when u give the feed button, the labels should automatically, stop at the gap position, try printer calibration settings.

Hopefully problem might occur with the printer calibration setting, try printer calibration in argox printer,
if that does not work, check the label mm/inch setting.
if that do does not work, check the labels peel gap in between is even.

1) Restart Your Computer/ Barcode Printing S/w / Barcode Printer/ and try now.
2) Even if it does not work, check the cable connectivity with printer and system
3) Even it is not working, try printer calibration or labels feed options in printers.
4) Check the proper sensor adjustments in printers,
